General Terms and Conditions
The following general terms and conditions (GTC) of the Mittlenberghütte apply: A reservation is binding both in written and verbal form. It only comes into effect upon confirmation by the Mittlenberghütte. The general terms and conditions of the Mittlenberghütte come into force with every confirmed reservation.
Changes to the group size and cancellations must be reported by the guest to the hut in good time by telephone as follows: - up to 6 persons at the latest by 12:00 noon 2 days before arrival - for groups of more than 6 persons by 12:00 noon four days before arrival. These conditions are reciprocal and the Mittlenberghütte can also cancel a reservation early for urgent reasons.
In the event of doubtful weather or uncertain conditions, a new date can be agreed with the Mittlenberghütte after this contact has been made. Unannounced and late changes/cancellations of reserved places as well as absences without cancellation are subject to compensation. The Mittlenberghütte is entitled to charge the full amount for accommodation and meals. The Mittlenberghütte is entitled to demand a deposit.
